Five times a year, Endeavor
selects the next class of
entrepreneurs at International
Selection Panels, where
business leaders interview
candidates before deciding
whether or not these
candidates become Endeavor
Entrepreneurs.
The "ISP" is the culmination
of a rigorous, year-long process
in which candidates pass
through a series of reviews
by local staff members and
mentors. Candidates must share
and receive feedback on all
aspects of their business model,
including financials and HR.
Since 1997, Endeavor
has screened more than 37,000
entrepreneurs and selected
844 of those with the highimpact potential necessary
to create hundreds if not
thousands of jobs, to generate
significant revenue, and to
inspire the next generation
of entrepreneurs.
