SILICON VALLEY BANK DELEGATES BARIS AKSOY Turkey Intel Capital Baris Aksoy is a Regional Director at Intel Capital focusing on technology investments in Turkey, Middle East and North Africa regions. Most recently, Baris was based in Intel Capital - Silicon Valley where he focused on making and managing global investments in the rapidly-growing Internet and Media segments. Prior to joining Intel Capital, Baris was an investor at University Venture Fund and was an early employee of Calix (NYSE: CALX), where he held product management and development roles. Baris serves on the Board of Advisors for Yetizen Accelerator, and actively mentors young entrepreneurs for SeedCamp, Entrepreneurs Roundtable Accelerator, TurkTechNet, and StepOne. JALE AKYEL Turkey IBM Since 2010, Jale has worked as IBM's Manager for Ecosystem Development in Turkey where she has overseen three succesful SmartCamp Istanbul events, and has also run IBM SmartCamp Regional finals on four continents (Asia, Australia, Central Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa). Jale received her Bachelors of Science Degree in Petroleum & Natural Gas Engineering and Masters Degree in Geothermal Energy. In 2004 , Jale was appointed as a Manager of IBM.com Sales organization. In 2011, Jale worked as corporate service corp in Concepcion, Chile to support Accion Emprendedora for micro entrepreneurship program on volunteer base. FRITZ DEMOPOULOS Hong Kong Queen's Road Capital Frederick "Fritz" Demopoulos has been involved in the Chinese media and Internet industries for well over a decade as an executive, investor and entrepreneur. In 2005 Fritz co-founded and was the CEO until 2011 of China's largest online travel website, Qunar, which means "where are you going?" in mandarin Chinese. Qunar has been listed on the NASDAQ exchange since November 2013. Fritz also co-founded and was the CEO of China's biggest online sports media website, Shawei, which means "brave shark" in mandarin Chinese. Shawei was acquired by Hutchison Whampoa-affiliate Tom.com in 2000, and remains as of today the most trafficked Chinese online sports media property. 26
