KEVIN IRWIN United States Bunting Management Group Kevin currently serves as the Chief Investment Officer for Bunting Management Group in Hunt Valley, Maryland. He oversees the Investment and Wealth Management functions for the Bunting Family Office. Kevin's professional designations include being a Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst and a Certified Financial Planner. Kevin's informal education includes achieving an Investment Banking Certificate from the Investment Banking Institute as well as earning a Wealth Management Certificate from Stanford University's Graduate School of Business. Kevin serves as an Affiliate Professor at the University of Loyola teaching Finance in their MBA/MSF program. IGOR KARPOVICH Russia Sberbank of Russia Mr. Karpovich is the Head of Strategic Business Development at Sberbank. In his current capacity, he is responsible for strategic business development activities at Sberbank, including M&A, JVs, partnerships, alliances and strategic investments globally. He is also actively involved in developing strategic growth areas for Sberbank such as alternative investments, wealth management, brokerage and private banking. Prior to joining Sberbank in 2011, Mr. Karpovich spent 10 years in New York at Citigroup where he was a Managing Director and Global Head of Business Development at Citigroup Global Wealth Management. CHRIS ROGERS United States Lumia Capital Christopher T. Rogers, J.D. was a co-founder of Nextel Communications (acquired by Sprint for $35 billion) and is a partner at Lumia Capital. He has 30 years of mobile industry experience as a founder, advisor, and operator. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President, Corporate Development and Spectrum, at Sprint where he evaluated and executed strategic initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, equity investments and joint ventures within the mobile communication and e-commerce sectors. He also was responsible for management and oversight of wireless spectrum licenses and Sprint's portfolio of emerging technology investments. GEORGE UGRAS United States Adams Capital Nuray George Ugras joined Adams Capital Management, Inc. (ACM) in 1999 as a General Partner. ACM is a national venture capital firm specializing in early-stage applied technology investments. Established in 1994, ACM is a lead Series A investor. He started his venture investing career at Apax Partners which is one of the world's leading private equity funds. Prior to joining Apax Partners, he was a Management Consultant at McKinsey & Co. in New York City, focused on strategic and operational issues for Fortune 500 media and technology clients.
