6 JONATHAN MIRELMAN United Kingdom EY Mr. Jonathan M. Mirelman is an accountant who graduated from the University of Buenos Aires. Jonathan has recently joined EY as a Capital Markets Manager where he advises companies on complex accounting issues, initial public offerings and capital raises in different markets. Before joining EY, Jonathan served as SEC Reporting Manager for MercadoLibre, Inc. (Nasdaq: Meli), the e-commerce leader in Latin America, where he also served as member of its Disclosure Committee. Jonathan initiated his professional career working for PwC in Buenos Aires, Argentina, for 9+ years where he served as Capital Markets and Audit Manager. ALI KARABEY Turkey 212 Ventures Ali is a Managing Director at 212 focusing on investments in internet, communication and technology companies. Ali currently serves on the boards of Butigo.com, online fashion retail start-up, Hazinem.com, online jewelry store, and Solvoyo, Software as a Service provider of advanced supply chain optimization software. In 2002 he joined Morgan Stanley Capital International to manage North American and European finance teams consecutively. Meanwhile he was involved in the valuation, due diligence, and the post-acquisition integration of acquisition targets. After Morgan Stanley Ali transferred to Deutsche Bank to focus on the Bank's principal investments. Ali currently serves on the Endeavor Advisory Board. KOLVIN STONE United Kingdom Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe Kolvin is a London-based Partner at Orrick. Kolvin's practice focuses on intellectual property, technology and commercial transactions. Kolvin advises on commercial law, intellectual property law, technology law, privacy law and online regulation for consumer facing organisations. He provides strategic counselling on areas such as global e-commerce and the exploitation of intellectual property, digital content and technology. FIRAT İŞBECER Turkey Monitise (Pozitron) After completing his studies in Paris, İşbecer began working as a research assistant at Ipemmed, a French think-tank. In 2006 Firat moved back to Turkey and became Managing Director at Pozitron. Over the course of Firat's tenure, the company has grown 100x in revenues, won the Harvard Business School business plan contest, and was named an EMEA Fast500 Technology company by Deloitte. In 2014 Pozitron was acquired by Monitise, a global leader of Mobile Money. Fırat is currently COO of Monitise's MEA operations. Firat is also a member of Endeavor Turkey and Galata Business Angels, Istanbul's premier angel investor network.
