INTERNATIONAL SELECTION PANEL
International business leaders serve as
panelists to interview candidates, deliberate
and select a new class of Endeavor
Entrepreneurs by unanimous votes.
LOCAL SELECTION PANEL
Mentors and local board members interview candidates,
deliberate, and select candidates to progress to the
International Selection Panel.
SECOND OPINION REVIEW
Senior-level mentors conduct multiple interviews with each candidate,
probing the business strategy, innovation, growth potential, challenges,
opportunities, and the entrepreneur's personal qualities.
FIRST OPINION REVIEW
Endeavor staff conducts interviews to assess viability as an Endeavor Entrepreneur.
SCREENING
Endeavor team assesses entrepreneurs and their companies to determine preliminary suitability
to be Endeavor Entrepreneurs.
