Dixon was named to the Forbes Midas List for four consecutive years and received the 2013 Special Achievement Award in VC from the International Business Forum. Under Dixon's leadership at the National Venture Capital Association, they developed a widely embraced set of recommendations to stimulate liquidity in the U.S. venture capital industry. This plan resulted in bipartisan Congressional support for new job creation legislation and simplification of the IPO process for young emerging companies. Known as the JOBS Act, President Obama signed it into law in 2012. German is Founder and CEO of GOintegro, the leading HR engagement cloud platform in Latin America used by more than 300 corporate companies, representing 1 million employees. He has been leading the strategy of the company for more than 13 years, developing the vision of the product, and helping the opening of offices in 7 different countries in Latin America. German led two financing rounds from Silicon Valley private equity firms to accelerate the growth of the company. German is an architect from the University of Buenos Aires. In 2011 he was selected by Endeavor.org as a high-impact Entrepreneur and in 2014 was selected by Ernst & Young as Emergent Entrepreneur of the Year finalist. Daniel focuses his practice on assisting private and public companies with general corporate and transactional matters, including venture capital financings, public offerings, and mergers and acquisitions. He is fluent in Spanish, and has broad experience representing technology companies and venture capitalists from LatAm, as well as U.S. investors and companies doing business in that region. Dan also serves as a judge in the Start-Up Chile program and is an active mentor and panelist with Endeavor. Dan was recently invited to Mexico City by the U.S. State Department and Mexico's National Entrepreneurship Institute to share best practices and participate in discussions on legislative reform in Mexico to foster greater innovative entrepreneurship and early stage investment.
