6 JACKIE CUTLER United States General Atlantic RAFA DE LA GUIA United States Omidyar Network ZACH FINKELSTEIN United States Lumia Capital Jackie is an investment professional in General Atlantic's Palo Alto office, where she focuses on growth equity investments in the Internet & Technology, Consumer/Retail and Financial Services sectors. Prior to joining General Atlantic, Jackie was an M&A Analyst at The Blackstone Group in New York. Jackie graduated summa cum laude from the Huntsman Program at the University of Pennsylvania, earning a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School with a Concentration in Finance and a B.A. in International Studies from the School of Arts and Sciences. Rafa invests in nonprofit and for-profit organizations in Latin America and other emerging markets. He focuses on Education, Entrepreneurial Education, Financial Inclusion and Mobile Platforms. Before joining Omidyar Network in 2012, Rafa spent several years working for both traditional and impact investment firms. He began his career at UBS Investment Bank as an analyst in the global healthcare group based in London. He later served as an investment associate at MezzVest, a leading European mezzanine debt fund manager. Rafa has also worked for the World Resources Institute's New Ventures program, a sustainable business accelerator in Mexico, and Acumen Fund, a nonprofit global venture fund in New York. Zachary joined Lumia Capital as an Associate in 2012. Prior to Lumia, Zachary was an investment banker with Citi's Global Technology, Media and Telecom group. At Citi, Zachary provided critical strategic advice, market insight and valuation expertise to companies across the telecom and media landscape, including but not limited to, AT&T, Comcast/NBCU, Time Warner, Verizon and Web MD. Previously, Zachary was selected to participate in the Markets Group rotational program at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York during the height of the financial crisis. At the New York Fed, he was tasked with monitoring and analyzing financial markets for key U.S. policy makers, with a focus on foreign exchange, cross market monitoring, and buy side analysis.
