9 BEAU SEIL United States Unitus Impact DANIEL SHI United States AMEX Ventures SANTIAGO SUBOTOVSKY United States Emergence Capital Beau is the Managing Partner & Co-Founder of Unitus Impact. Beau has been highly involved in the social enterprise and impact investing space for the last five years. His work has centered on venture leasing, affordable housing, microfinance, and impact investing initiatives in Asia. He actively monitors Unitus Impact's investment in Micro Benefits (China) and MobiVi (Vietnam), and he is on the board of Kinara Capital (India) and PT Ruma (Indonesia). Daniel is part of the ventures team at American Express. Previously, Daniel was part of the corporate development team at Tencent, focusing on strategic investments and M&A. Prior to that, he worked with Nokia Growth Partners, a mobile focused venture fund backed by Nokia. He began his career doing enterprise sales for software services companies operating in both the US and China. Daniel holds a BA in Economics and International Relations from Claremont McKenna College and an MBA from Cornell University Santi is a Principal with Emergence Capital Partners. His deep knowledge of the enterprise technology sector comes from his experience as an entrepreneur starting and running a global SaaS e-learning company, AXG Tecnonexo. Santi earned an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School and holds a BS in Economics from St. Andrew's University in Argentina. He is Kauffman Fellow and an Endeavor Entrepreneur. NAZAR YASIN United States Rise Capital Nazar is the Founder and Managing Partner of Rise Capital, a global investment firm that focuses on investing in Internet businesses in Emerging Markets. Previously, Mr. Yasin was a Director at Tiger Global, where he was one of three people responsible for managing the firm's private investments. At Tiger, Mr. Yasin led the firm's investments in YY (Nasdaq: YY) in China as well as in a number of other leading Internet businesses in Latin America, Russia, Africa, and other emerging markets. Prior to Tiger Global, Mr. Yasin was the CEO of Forticom, a $1bn+ market value European Internet company which he sold to Mail.ru (LSE: MAIL), and earlier in his career he co-led Goldman Sachs's Internet investment banking activities in the EMEA region.
