14 CAMILA LECAROS Colombia Nazca Ventures Camila is a Partner at Nazca Ventures. Before joining Nazca Ventures, she worked at Endeavor Colombia as Entrepreneur Services Manager and Outreach Area Director. She worked with high-impact entrepreneurs in the development of their business strategies, fundraising as well as negotiations with third parties. Camila worked with companies like Bodytech, TES America, and Ecoflora. She also worked in the development and implementation of entrepreneurial programs such as Wayra, Emprende País and Valle Impacta. Prior to Endeavor she worked in strategic consulting for non-profit and public sectors. Camila holds a degree in industrial engineering from Los Andes University (Bogotá) and a MPA from Columbia University (New York). FELIPE HENRIQUEZ Chile Nazca Ventures Felipe is an entrepreneur and angel investor with two successful exits. He is Co- Founder of clandescuento.cl, which was acquired by Groupon in June 2010. As Groupon LatAm (except Brazil) Co-Founder, he holds several roles, including regional CFO. He co-founded his first company, Café Orígenes, in 2004, which he sold in 2009. He graduated as Industrial Engineer from Universidad Diego Portales and participated of the first edition of the "Entrepreneurship and Competitiveness in Latin America" program, ECLA, at Columbia University Business School, where he is now an advisor and sponsor. FERNANDO LELO DE LARREA Mexico Venture Partners Fernando has broad experience in operational and financial aspects of venture capital, private equity, and project finance. He co-founded Venture Partners and Venture Institute, leading institutions in the Mexican entrepreneurial ecosystem. Fernando has been a mentor at Endeavor Mexico since 2004 and he is a professor in the Entrepreneurship program at ITAM. He co-founded Fondeadora, the first crowdfunding platform in Mexico. He holds an MBA from Stanford GSB, an MA in Economics from LSE and a BA in Political Science from ITAM. ALEJANDRO MALDONADO Colombia Banca de Inversión Social Alejandro has spent most of his career in the areas of finance, strategy, and direct equity investments. He started in Investment Banking at Credit Suisse First Boston and then moved on to do Strategic Consulting for Bain & Company in New York City. Most recently, before relocating to Colombia, he spent over four years as an investment professional at H.I.G. Capital, a leading private equity firm which invests in the US middle market. He has been very involved in the non-profit sector, where he has focused most of his efforts on Impact Investing and International Development. Alejandro holds a BS in Economics from The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
