Bamboo Finance
Andres is an Investment Analyst for Bamboo Finance. Previously he worked for
Refinancia, a purchaser and manager of Non-Performing Loans (NPLs) focused on
the consumer credit market in Colombia. While at Refinancia, he was responsible for
investments of roughly US$18 million. Andrés holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Economics
from Universidad de los Andes.
MARIANGELA RAMIREZ DIAZ

Mariangela joined Acumen in 2014 as Senior Portfolio Associate. In this role, she is
focused on the origination and growth of Acumen's portfolio in Latin America with a
fist focus on Colombia and Peru. Prior to Acumen Mariangela worked at Mesoamerica,
a Private Equity firm with operations in Central America and the Andean regions.
She has also participated actively in pro-bono consulting work for the non-profit
Yo Emprendedor where she advised entrepreneurs on business model definition,
implementation of business plans and financial and growth strategies design.
ALBERTO RIAÑO

Mr. Riaño joined Inversor as Executive Director on 2009, after being part of the
structuring team of the Fund. Prior, he worked at Bancolombia's Investment Bank
as Capital Investments manager where he was responsible for the management
of several portfolio companies and for analyzing, structuring and implementing
new investments opportunities in strategic sectors. Previously, he worked at Altra
Investments, a leading private equity fund in Colombia.
