Carolina Arias is an Industrial Engineer and holds an MBA from Universidad de Los Andes; it also holds studies in International Business and Finance, from New York University. With a background in financial services, Carolina Arias is currently developing a project at Bancóldex Capital in order to promote the Private Equity and Venture Capital Industry in Colombia, with the support of a technical agreement from MIF.
