Local mentors and board members interviewed candidates leading 180 com- panies and selected the most promising to present at an International Selection Panel. Senior-level Endeavor men- tors and business leaders conducted 2,079 interviews of 652 companies, probing the founders' business strategy, innovation, and growth potential. Endeavor staff interviewed 1,585 candidates to assess their fit with Endeavor. Six times a year, Endeavor selects the next class of entrepreneurs at International Selection Panels, where business leaders interview candidates before deciding whether these candidates become Endeavor Entrepreneurs. 3,258 candidates received an initial review by Endeavor staff.
