rate) and follows rules-based
investment criteria:
Raising $5m or more in
a single round of equity
financing
Led by a "qualified equity
investor"
Endeavor Catalyst's
participation is up to 10% of
the financing round
To reach Endeavor's goal of long-term
sustainability, the organization created Endeavor
Catalyst, Inc., a 501(c)(3) charitable organization
("Endeavor Catalyst"), an innovative co-investment
vehicle that invests alongside qualified, lead
investors in Endeavor Entrepreneurs through a
rules-based process.

Over time, returns are achieved on invested capital
in an individual Endeavor Entrepreneur Company,
while simultaneously driving Endeavor Global's
sustainability efforts.
