ROCHKIND General Atlantic United States Badri sources and executes investments across the Access to Capital initiative for Omidyar Network India, with a particular focus on property rights, financial inclusion, and consumer Internet and mobile organizations. His role builds on his extensive experience in the finance and investing fields. He began his career in the assurance and business advisory services division of PriceWaterhouse Coopers India, where he worked on statutory and tax audits, due diligence reviews, and feasibility studies for Indian and multinational companies. Bhavani is a Partner at Amadeus Capital, where he covers investments in Southeast Asia. Prior to joining Amadeus Capital, he worked with Intel Capital for 14+ years, where he was responsible for sourcing, making and managing investments. He previously worked with ASG-Omni, an early stage incubation firm focused on technology investments in India. Bhavani has extensive experience working in India (9 years) and the U.S. (10 years) executing early, mid and late stage venture capital/private equity deals with investments in different technology verticals spanning over 30 companies in India, US, Europe and Brazil. Ganesh Rengaswamy leads all Asia efforts and investments for Frontier Investements Group (FIG) at Accion International. Prior to joining FIG in 2014, Ganesh was General Partner at Lok Capital, a venture growth fund that invests in social enterprises with innovative and technologically advanced services in financial inclusion, education, and employability. Ganesh previously served as the Asia Director for Unitus Inc., a global organization that works to reduce poverty by finding commercially sustainable solutions in financial inclusion. Brett Rochkind leads General Atlantic's Palo Alto office and is co-head of the firm's Internet & Technology sector. Since joining the firm in 2002, Brett has worked closely with many of GA's portfolio companies in the software, Internet, information and services sectors including Appirio, Box, IHS, SSA Global and Altair Engineering in the United States; Decolar, MercadoLibre and Grupo Linx in Brazil and Latin America; and PowerDsine in Israel. Brett also worked in GA's Hong Kong office, where he focused on opportunities in China and the Asia-Pacific region including the firm's investments in Alibaba Group, Renren, Soufun and Lenovo.
