He began his career at Bain in 2000 and is a member of Bain's Consumer Goods and Retail Practice Group. During his time at Bain, Mr. Elkhweet has worked with a number of leading consumer goods and retail clients in the food & beverage, personal & home care, tobacco, alcoholic beverages, foodservice, and durable goods sectors, among others. Mr. Elkhweet's areas of expertise include strategy, change management, organization design, post-merger integration, route to market strategy, perfect sales execution, strategic sourcing, marketing and customer strategy. Aldi Haryopratomo is the CEO and co-founder of Ruma.co.id, a social enterprise that recruits and trains thousands of low-income entrepreneurs to provide services to their communities through a phone or android device. The majority of the entrepreneurs are small shops and the services that they provide include prepaid airtime, electricity payments, blue collar job information, and other value added services. After winning numerous awards such as Harvard's Social Enterprise Competition, Ruma obtained investment from top Silicon Valley firms like Grameen Foundation, Omidyar Network and Unitus Impact Fund. Fauzi Ichsan is Managing Director, Senior Economist and Head of Government Relations, at Standard Chartered Bank (SCB) in Jakarta, Indonesia. Before joining SCB in 2001, Fauzi served as a senior economic advisor to the British ambassador in Jakarta, where he evaluated the effectiveness of the IMF program in Indonesia during 1998-2000, a period of economic crisis. In addition to servicing SCB's clients, Fauzi provides economic and market views to the Vice President of Indonesia, Minister of Finance, Bank Indonesia Governor and parliamentary commission XI on banking and finance.
