Eduardo Levy Yeyati Elypsis Argentina Eduardo Levy Yeyati is a Professor of Economics at UTDT and UBA, Guest Professor of Public Policy at the Harvard Kennedy School, President of CIPPEC and Executive Director at Elypsis Consultants. Among other professional and academic activities, Eduardo has served as a Senior Fellow at the Brooking Instititution, was a Guest Professor at the Barcelona Graduate School of Economics, the Strategy Director of Emerging Markets and Head of Research for LatAm at Barclays Capital, Finance Advisor to the World Bank for LatAm and the Caribbean, and Chief Economist at the Central Bank of Argentina. In addition, he is a macroeconomic advisor to multilateral institutions such as the World Bank, BID, CAF, OCDE, and FMI as well as to central banks, goverments and companies from emerging markets. Eduardo holds a PhD in Economics from Pennsylvania University.
