German Dyzenchauz is the Co-founder and CEO of GOintegro, the leading Social HR Platform in Latin America, used by more than 350 companies and representing 1 million employees. He has been leading the strategy of the company for more than 13 years, developing the vision of the product, and helping to open offices in 7 different countries in Latin America. German led two financing rounds from Silicon Valley private equity firms to accelerate the growth of the company. Gabriela Macagni Endeavor Argentina Gabriela Macagni serves as the Managing Director of Endeavor Argentina. Prior to joining Endeavor, she worked at Citibank for 20 years, where she focused on capital markets, corporate finance and corporate banking. She began her career at Citibank as a member of the board's directory, in charge of strategic planning. Gabriela is also on the Board of San Andres Middle School and is a member of the Graduate Council at ITBA. She graduated from the Technological Institute of Buenos Aires (ITBA) in Chemical Engineering and is married with three children: Mercedes, Bautista and Josefina.
