He focuses on investments in the Internet and Technology sector. Previously, Nick worked for OpenView Venture Partners as a Vice President, where he served as a member of the firm's investment committee and focused on investments in enterprise software. While at OpenView, he served as Board Observer of Instructure and Monetate and was closely involved with the firm's investment in Mashery (acquired by Intel). Nick began his career as an analyst in the Financial Restructuring Group of Houlihan Lokey. He earned a B.A. in History from Columbia College. Matthew joined GSV as a New York-based partner with GSV Asset Management in January 2012. Prior to GSV, he served as Head of Corporate Finance for ThinkEquity Partners, a growth-focused investment banking boutique founded by Michael Moe and Deborah Quazzo. At ThinkEquity, Matt helped oversee the firm's equity underwriting activity, raising $2.5 billion across 30 transactions. He also managed internal M&A activity and corporate development on behalf of the firm's Management Committee. Matthew served as Investment Banker in the Global Corporate & Investment Banking Division at Bank of America Securities, LLC, where he was involved with over $5 billion of M&A, equity, and debt transactions. Felipe is a serial entrepreneur with two successful exits. He is currently the Co-founder and Managing Partner at Nazca Ventures, an early stage venture capital fund that invests in Latin America. Prior to that, he co-founded clandescuento.cl, which was acquired by Groupon in 2010. As Co-founder of Groupon LatAm (except Brazil), he held several roles including CFO. Felipe co-founded his first company, Café Orígenes, in 2004 and sold it in 2009. He graduated as an Industrial Engineer from Universidad Diego Portales, is an alumnus of "Entrepreneurship and Competitiveness in Latin America" program, ECLA, at Columbia University Business School and he is an alumnus of the Singularity University, 2013. Christian focuses on investments in growth stage technology companies. He helped lead Accel's investments in AirWatch, a mobile device management company (acquired by VMWare); Code42, a data governance and backup provider; Tune, a mobile app marketing platform; Invoca, a call marketing intelligence platform; Plex Systems, a cloud ERP company; and UserTesting, a user experience testing platform. Prior to joining Accel, Christian worked at AEA Investors, Aetos Capital, and Merrill Lynch. He holds an MBA from Stanford where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar, and a B.A. from Yale, where he was captain of the hockey team, a member of the lacrosse team, and Co-president of the Yale Entrepreneurial Society.
