He co-founded three startups targeting solutions in alternative finance, cleantech and mobile commerce, and co-directed the largest technology expo in New York. Later, as a mentor at Techstars and Lean Startup Machine, he guided entrepreneurs to refine their business models and build their customer base. Adam currently works at Mesa Ventures, a venture capital firm based in NYC, where he scouts new investment opportunities and hustles on behalf of portfolio companies to supply them with resources and partnerships they need to grow. Prior to joining Mesa Ventures, Adam sat on the credit trading desk at Morgan Stanley and earned his CFA Charter in financial analysis in 2007. Andres is an Associate at Riverwood Capital. Prior to joining Riverwood, Andres was an Analyst at Promecap, a private equity firm and family office, where he focused on identifying and evaluating investment opportunities in Mexico. Andres grew up in Mexico City where he graduated from Iberoamericana University with a Bachelor degree in Finance. He also holds a MBA degree from Kellogg School of Management. Guillaume is a Director at AXA Lab in San Francisco. AXA is a French global financial services company present in 57 countries, with over 105 million customers, and about 157,000 employees. It is the second largest insurance group in the world and also has banking, investment banking, and asset management activities. AXA is interested in investment opportunities that could aid its strategic objectives around digitalisation and customer centricity, inclduing big data analytics, crowd-sourcing and peer-to-peer lending and insurance, home automation, platforms that connect multiple devices, drones, automated cars, Artificial Intelligence, etc. Santiago is a Co-founder and Managing Partner at Nazca Ventures, a regional venture capital firm specialized in early stage startups with offices and teams in Chile, Colombia, Brazil, Mexico and Argentina. He has over 15 years of experience in the fields of law and entrepreneurship, and participated in Columbia Business School's Entrepreneurship and Competitiveness in Latin America program in 2009-2010. Santiago studied Corporate Law at the University of Buenos Aires and earned a Certificate in Business Excellence, Management from Columbia Business School.
