Prior to joining FTV Capital in 2014, Richard was a senior associate with Technology Crossover Ventures (TCV), where he focused on sourcing, evaluating, and executing investments across the enterprise IT and communications sectors. Prior to TCV, Richard was as an investment banking analyst in the Technology Group at Stifel and Thomas Weisel Partners. He began his career as an analyst at CRT Capital. Richard received a BS in Finance from Boston College. Haroldo is a Partner at Atomico where he leads the Investments Team in Latin America. From Atomico's base in Brazil, Haroldo uses his experience and knowledge of the region to identify outstanding entrepreneurs and businesses that have the potential to scale and become leaders in their industry. Before joining Atomico, he spent 14 years running Outras Imagens, an online image bank he founded with operations in six Latin American countries. Outras Imagens grew from a small regional base to one of the leaders in its field; licensing images to major international corporations such as National Geographic, New York Times and AFP. He also held business development positions at Grupo Itamarati, Banco Garantia and Andrade Gutierrez. Luis is a Managing Director at Allen & Company, a merchant banking firm in New York City, where he focuses on Latin American businesses. Luis has spent his career at the crossroads of corporate development, investing and advisory. He has worked for BNP Paribas, Palladium Equity Partners, UBS, Bertelsmann and James D. Wolfensohn, Inc. Luis holds a B.A. in Economics from Harvard University and an MBA from the M.I.T. Sloan School of Management. BAILY BLAIR KEMPNER The Abraaj Group United States Baily is an Associate Director at the Abraaj Group in New York. Prior to that, she was the Director of Growth & Sustainability Initiatives at Endeavor Global and was responsible for raising long-term capital and promoting Endeavor's sustainability using innovative, market-driven models, with a focus on Endeavor Catalyst. Baily has also worked at Grassroots Capital, a private equity fund that invests in microfinance banks throughout the emerging markets, and at Lehman Brothers in the alternative asset management group. She earned a B.A. from Yale and an MBA from Harvard Business School, where she served as co-President of the Social Enterprise Club. She also serves as an Advisory Board member of Grameen America.
