19 CHRIS ROGERS Lumia Capital United States Christopher is a General Partner at Lumia Capital, where he is responsible for leading its investment and value-add activities for companies with significant exposure to mobile platforms. Prior to Lumia, he co-founded Nextel Communications, which he grew to $13B in sales and 19k employees before being acquired by Sprint for $35 billion. He then served as Senior Vice President, Corporate Development and Spectrum, at Sprint, where he oversaw mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, equity investments and joint ventures. He was also responsible for overseeing wireless spectrum licenses and Sprint's portfolio of emerging technology investments. GABRIELA RUGGERI DMGT International Argentina Gabriela Ruggeri is the regional adviser at DMGT International for Latin America, based in Buenos Aires, Argentina and Managing Partner at Seagrass Capital. Gabriela also serves as board member in the investments done by DMGT in the region as well as board member of the Foundation Junior Achievement for Argentina. Previously, she was the Regional Managing Director for ISI Emerging Markets within Euromoney Institutional Investor. Born in Buenos Aires, Gabriela joined ISI in 1997 to build the product and start the business operation. She was then promoted to regional product manager for Latin America based in Santiago, Chile and in 2002 to General Manager for Brazil and Argentina based in Sao Paulo, Brazil. JASON SANTIAGO Stripes Group United States Jason Santiago is an investor at Stripes Group, a New York City-based $1.2 billion internet and branded consumer products private equity fund. He focuses on sourcing investments from, and maintaining and developing relationships with investment bankers and other intermediaries. He also maintains Stripes' relationships with senior, mezzanine, venture debt, and commercial banking lenders. Prior to joining Stripes Group, Jason was an Investment Banker at Cowen and Company, responsible for the execution of minority growth equity financings. He has raised over $700 million in private equity capital for growth-stage companies across a variety of sectors. He was formerly a Director at PRIMEDIA, responsible for enterprise-wide Internet product development. JACKSON SCHER Frontier Investments Group United States Jackson serves as the Program Coordinator of Frontier Investments Group, a financial technology venture capital group focused on expanding the access and availability of financial services for underserved consumers and businesses in emerging markets. Frontier is sponsored by Accion International, a global leader in micro finance. Jackson centralizes information and communications within Accion, and is responsible for day-to- day administrative operations that relate to the support of the Frontier Investments team. He recently graduated from Williams College, in Massachusetts, with a Bachelor's degree in economics and a minor in environmental studies.
