Fernando is a Director at InCapital, a private equity fund located in Uruguay. Fernando
served in various leadership positions in financial services before joining Pronto!, a leading
consumer finance company, in 2004. At Pronto! he built the risk department and then
became the COO. After Pronto!'s acquisition in 2011, Fernando became the Co-CEO of
the company. In 2013, he left Pronto! to join InCapital. He earned a degree in accounting
from the Universidad de la Republica in Montevideo, Uruguay.

where he managed Darby Technology Ventures, a pioneering venture fund focused on
Latin America.
