With offices in Athens, Bucharest and São Paulo, it ranks among the three largest online travel agencies in South Eastern Europe. Alejandra performs market and financial analysis and coordinates R&D projects to develop new products, repurpose manufacturing waste and improve energy efficiency. She collaborates with Mexican and European energy consultants, suppliers and proffesors to develop feasibility plans to reduce energy consumption by up to 20%. She calculates the ROI of building liquid sugar refineries in Argentina and Brazil, using Sucroliq's patented technology and negotiates annual budget for day-to-day operations of each liquid sugar refinery. She holds a degree in Food Engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana. A former Formula 2 racecar mechanic, Oscar is the founder of MexQ, short for Mexican Quality. By deploying quality assurance teams to work directly in automotive manufacturing plants, MexQ reduces the likelihood and duration of production line failures. In a mammoth industry — where one minute of lost productivity can cost thousands of dollars — MexQ has already carved out a multi-million dollar niche. The company's client list features virtually every car manufacturer in Mexico, including giants like General Motors, Nissan and Volkswagen. Oscar is now taking MexQ to other high-volume manufacturing sectors including ceramics, home appliances, and aeronautics. Situated outside of Mexico City in Aguascalientes, MexQ has the potential to create thousands of jobs in regions where they are needed most.
