Niki has revolutionized the ecosystem by providing the first integrated, end-to-end Third Party Processor (TPP) for electronic payments in Indonesia. Currently, Kartuku serves 11 out of 12 major Indonesian banks and several large retailers, managing more than 65,000 Electronic Data Capture (EDC) units. Kartuku provides banks, retail merchants, and payment agents with convenient and secure solutions for all their payment processing needs and is the first company in Indonesia to successfully integrate the country's major banks and several large retailers into a fully supported payment network. Adan is a Corporate and Securities Associate in Gunderson Dettmer LLP's New York office. He specializes in the representation of emerging growth companies throughout their lifecycles. Adan is broadly experienced with corporate formation and governance matters, venture capital financing transactions, and a variety of M&A transaction structures. Andy is a Managing Director at SVB and leads SVB's Global Gateway, which assists innovation companies in emerging markets with their US and international market expansion. In addition, Andy leads SVB Global Private Equity Services, working with SVB's international private equity and venture capital clients, particularly those in emerging markets. He brings more than 20 years of experience banking dynamic companies in technology industries worldwide. Previously, he led and helped found SVB's U.K.-based operation. For six years, he was responsible for building senior debt relationships with high-growth technology, life sciences, and clean technology companies in the U.K. and Europe. Based in San Francisco, Allen leads Endeavor's efforts to connect its portfolio of 600+ high-growth companies with US-based mentors and investors. He oversees the Endeavor Investor Network – a program he launched in 2011 to connect US-based venture capital and growth equity investors with high-impact entrepreneurs and local investment partners across Latin America, Turkey, the Middle East, Africa and Southeast Asia. Since joining Endeavor in 2006, Allen has facilitated thousands of mentoring connections, and helped Endeavor companies raise more than $500M in equity capital. Allen also serves as the Managing Director of Endeavor Catalyst, an innovative co-investment vehicle through which Endeavor can invest into its portfolio companies.
