BRIAN BRACKEEN is the Founder of Kairos, an innovative facial recognition company that graduated from the NewMe Accelerator's 2nd class. The Kairos API is helping companies everywhere to change the way they interact with their employees, patients, and customers. Prior to Kairos, Brackeen cut his technological teeth at Apple in Cupertino California. As a Senior Project Manager he designed solutions that managed Apple's workforce across the globe including Apple's interests in Hong Kong, Rome, London, Toronto, San Francisco, and New York. Before Apple, Brackeen held senior positions at IBM, Comcast, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, General Motors, PetSmart, Scottrade, and others. His specialty includes helping companies to create a positive culture, to utilize technology to manage the workforce effectively, and to navigate robust growth and international expansion. MARIO CHADY is President of Grupo Trigo, the parent company that he founded in 2014 to manage his iconic Spoleto brand. Chady opened the first Spoleto restaurant in 1999 to create a first-of-its-kind experience that combined the speed of fast food with the pizzaz of gourmet cooking by preparing restaurant-quality food in front of its customers. Spoleto is now the largest Italian food chain in Brazil with over 150 restaurants. EDUARDO OURIVIO is co-founder of Spoleto, the largest Italian restaurant chain in Brazil. A graduate of Ecole des Roches in Switzerland, his first foray in the sector was at age 23, in the restaurant Alfredo di Roma located in the iconic Hotel Intercontinental in Rio de Janeiro. In 1992, alongside current partner and friend Mario Chady, he opened a contemporary cuisine restaurant named "Guilhermina Café", which was renowned in the Rio gastronomic scene. Until 1997 Ourivio had also been involved in other projects in the food service industry.
