7 FERNANDO FABRE assumed the role of President of Endeavor Global in 2011. Immediately prior, he was the Managing Director of Endeavor Mexico and a part- time faculty Professor of Entrepreneurship at Anahuac University. In 2002 he and his mentor and professor Dr. Richard L. Smith were appointed by Mexico President Vicente Fox to develop a set of guidelines to build an entrepreneurial culture in Mexico under the Partnership for Prosperity Program. He lives in New York City with his wife and two daughters. VINNY LINGHAM is a serial tech entrepreneur originally from Cape Town, South Africa. He has been the founder and CEO of a number of startup companies. His most recent venture, the largest digital and mobile gift card platform, Gyft, which was acquired by First Data Corporation in 2014. JOHN MCINTIRE is an early stage investor in the education technology space. He led the angel investment in and is chairman of Open English, an online English-learning school, and is serving in the same roles at Yogome, a growing company focused on educational mobile games for elementary school children. Born in Havana, McIntire is Chairman of the Cuba Emprende Foundation, which supports the largest entrepreneur training program on the island. McIntire retired as a partner of Goldman Sachs & Co. in 2004. Migoya has been an entrepreneur since his early youth. In 2003, he co-founded Globant with three friends. As CEO, he led the company as it grew from a small start-up to an organization with more than 3,300 employees and offices in the US, UK, Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Brazil, and Argentina. In 2014, Globant went public on the New York Stock Exchange. Migoya's passion is to inspire future entrepreneurs. He frequently speaks at entrepreneurship events and often serves as a panelist at Endeavor International Selection Panels. He spoke at the MIT Sloan School of Management after the university published a case study about Globant titled, "Globant, Leading the IT Revolution in Latin America.
