In order to demonstrate the importance of high-growth companies in economies, Endeavor Insight, the organization's research arm, analyzed the relationship between scale-ups and job creation in nine countries in which Endeavor operates. Analyses revealed that in these nine countries 5-20% of companies created 30-75% of new jobs. Research findings for Lebanon highlight the crucial role played by scale-ups in a country where job creation remains a challenge.
