13 MARK HOLLIS Sun Mountain Capital United States CHRISTIAN JENSEN Accel Partners United States ALEX LAZAROW Omidyar Network United States Mark is a Principal at Sun Mountain Capital, where he helps lead the analysis and execution of fund investments and direct debt and equity investments for the Mexico Ventures program. Mark joined Sun Mountain after spending four years in New York working with Merrill Lynch in the leveraged finance group. Prior to his time in New York, Mark worked in Merrill Lynch's investment banking group in Sydney, Australia. He started his career as a credit analyst in the leveraged finance team at an Australian commercial bank. Mark has a Bachelor of Commerce, with first class honors in Corporate Finance from the University of Adelaide. Mark is a Board Member of Sun Mountain portfolio company Growstone. Christian is a Vice President at Accel, where he focuses on investments in growth stage technology companies and helps lead the firm's efforts in Latin America. Prior to Accel, Christian was an Associate at AEA Investors, where he evaluated and executed investments in technology-enabled services, distribution, consumer, healthcare, defense, and industrial companies. He has also worked at Aetos Capital and Merrill Lynch. Christian holds an MBA from Stanford, where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar, and a BA from Yale. Alexandre invests across the entrepreneurship and financial inclusion initiatives with a focus on Africa, Latin America, and Southeast Asia at the Omidyar Network. He sources, executes, and manages for-profit investments and non-profit grants. Prior to joining Omidyar Network, Alexandre was a management consultant with McKinsey & Co.'s Brussels and Washington D.C. offices, focusing on the intersection of finance, economic development, and strategy. He served clients across Africa, the Middle East, Europe, and North America. Previously, Alexandre worked as an analyst with the Bank of Canada's Financial Stability Department, focusing on financial regulation. Alexandre was also a summer associate with Bridges Ventures where he worked on various impact investing efforts. JENNIFER LEE Learn Capital United States Jennifer is a Principal at Learn Capital. Prior to Learn Capital, she worked with for- profit, impact investment funds in both domestic and emerging markets. She was an independent consultant for ImpactAssets, where she helped establish a platform for their donor-advised funds to invest in seed stage enterprises. She has also served as Vice President and Relationship Manager for the Asia and Middle East region at Developing World Markets, an asset manager and investment bank dedicated to investing in inclusive financial institutions in emerging markets, where she led investments into 17 countries. Jennifer started her career at Lehman Brothers, as the strategist for the U.S. Treasury, Treasury Futures, and Swaps markets.
