34 GABRIELA FRANCO OFI.com.co Colombia MICHAEL BURNEY General Navigation LLC United States Gabriela is the Content & Marketing Director at OFI.com.co, an online B2B platform that centralizes the purchase of non-core business products including including software, kitchen, and cleaning supplies for offices across Latin America. Before OFI, Gabriela acted as the Content Manager for Forma Fina Brazil. Gabriela is a Brazilian native, who holds a design degree from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi. Michael has over 30 years of experience in developing management and financial strategies in both public and private companies, ranging in size from start-ups to large companies. He has previously held executive and/or board positions with companies including Green Diamond Syndication, a carbon credit aggregator; Qubic Light, a visual display product developer; SpatiaLight (NASDAQ), a micro display manufacturer; Packard Bell/NEC, a personal computer manufacturer; and Chronomotion, an electronic hologram developer, for which he holds several US and international patents. Michael has also worked for the consulting division of Ernst & Young. He holds a BA from Pomona College and an MBA from the University of Southern California. DUYGU OKTEM Turk Telekom Turkey Duygu Oktem is the founder and executer of Turkey's first corporate-run startup accelerator; PILOTT. PILOTT is the startup accelerator of Turk Telekom Group which is the leading telco company in Turkey and the region. Before PILOTT, Duygu was responsible for commercialization of R&D projects as well as international projects at Turk Telekom Group. Before joining Turk Telekom Group, she worked for The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey (TUBITAK). During her time at TUBITAK, she was the National Contact Point for ICT Projects. She received her BSc in Computer Engineering and completed her MSc in Information Systems at Middle East Technical University.
