He specializes in the representation of emerging growth companies throughout their lifecycles. Jose is broadly experienced with public securities offerings, public company representation, corporate governance counseling, venture capital financing transactions, and a variety of M&A transaction structures. He represents a wide variety of technology companies from consumer internet, software, telecommunications, and entertainment technology industries, as well as a number of leading venture capital firms. Prior to joining Gunderson Dettmer, Jose was a corporate associate in the New York office of Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP. Jeremy is a corporate and securities associate in Gunderson Dettmer's Silicon Valley office. He advises start-up companies, angel investors and venture capital firms on legal issues including company formation, venture financing, mergers & acquisitions, public offerings, corporate and securities laws, corporate governance, employment, and intellectual property matters. Before becoming a lawyer, Jeremy was a Peace Corps Volunteer in Paraguay for 2 years. Dan is a corporate partner in Gunderson Dettmer's Silicon Valley office, where he represents emerging growth companies and venture capital funds that invest in those companies. He specializes in all areas of corporate, securities and partnership law, including the formation and financing of companies, public offerings, debt transactions, corporate governance and investor-side financings of all stages. Prior to joining the firm, Dan was a shareholder in the Palo Alto office of Greenberg Traurig. He received his JD from Harvard Law School and his BA from Stanford University.
