6 VERA SHOKINA Silicon Valley Bank (SVB) United States Vera is a Managing Director with Silicon Valley Banks's Global Gateway group. In this role, she assists international venture capital funds and innovation companies in the emerging markets with their US and international market expansion. Prior to joining SVB, Vera was a Partner, CFO and COO of Runa Capital, a $200MM venture capital fund, where she was responsible for all finance, legal, operations and investor relations functions. Prior to joining Runa in 2010, Vera spent five years as a VP with Silicon Valley Bank where she was responsible for building relationships with technology start-ups and oversaw a $50M USD venture debt portfolio for early-stage VC-backed software and services companies. Additional Silicon Valley experience included work at GE Capital and Goldman Sachs & Co. BARBAROS ÖZBUGUTU iyzico Turkey Barbaros Özbugutu has more than 15 years of experience in the global payment and telecom segment. At the end of 2012, Barbaros founded his own payment company in Istanbul. He now acts as co-founder and CEO of iyzico, one of the fastest growing start- ups in Turkey. Iyzico is transforming the payment processing experience for businesses through its bank-integrated, fraud-protected payment platform tailored to the nuances of the Turkish market. ABIGAIL NOBLE World Economic Forum United States Abigail Noble is Associate Director and Head of Impact Investing Initiatives at the World Economic Forum. She is the co-author of the World Economic Forum's recent publications on Impact Investing "From Ideas to Practice" ", "From the Margins to the Mainstream" and the Schwab Foundation for Social Entrepreneurship's "Social Investment Manual". From 2010 until 2013, she served as the Head of Latin America and Africa for the Schwab Foundation for Social Entrepreneurship, where she ran the competitions for social entrepreneur of the year for those two regions. She also worked with the founders and CEOs of several dozen social innovations to help them scale, through partnerships with governments and corporations. DIEGO MELLER Jampp Argentina Diego is the Co-founder of Jampp - a mobile app marketing platform that combines advanced technology (Big Data, Real Time Bidding and Machine Learning) with a team of mobile marketing experts to deliver millions of users to iOS and Android apps globally. Previously, Diego co-founded and ran Livra.com, which became the leading online market research company in Latin America. In 2008, after continuous growth the company was acquired by publicly listed IPSOS - one of the top market research organisations world- wide. Diego was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He studied business administration at the University of San Andres. He has been based in London since 2002, where he set up the Livra European operation and more recently Jampp's international headquarters.
