4 SPEAKERS & SPONSORS = Endeavor Entrepreneur LIAM FAIRBAIRN Silicon Valley Bank (SVB) United States ADALBERTO FLORES Kueski Mexico Liam has been with Silicon Valley Bank since 1998 and is focused on early and growth- stage companies in the hardware and infrastructure software sectors with annualized revenue up to $100 million and are located in the San Francisco Bay Area. His portfolio has focused on verticals including networking, security, cloud platforms/infrastructure, EDA, consumer devices, big data and semiconductors. Previously in his tenure with SVB, Liam also worked with public and private life science companies in the medical device, biotechnology, nanotechnology and healthcare IT sectors. Adal is the CEO of Kueski, the fastest micro-lending service for Latin America. He is a seasoned executive with experience in the financial and software industries in both the USA and Latin America. Before Kueski, Adalberto started, grew and managed all operations of Ooyala Mexico, the largest international division of Ooyala, Inc., where he opened two offices, which grew to 29 employees in two different cities, and oversaw the operations of software engineers, technical support, data science, sales, marketing, account management, HR, G&A, etc. Prior to Ooyala, Adalberto was the Co-founder and CEO of Inviko, a business referral engine. At Inviko, he was in charge of fundraising, general management, sales and marketing, public relations and talent acquisition. KATHERINE BLEICH World Economic Forum United States Katherine Bleich is the Community Lead for Private Investors at the World Economic Forum. In this role, she is responsible for developing and managing relationships with key private investors as well as thought leadership on relevant industry topics. Katherine works with leading firms to best engage them in the activities of the Forum. Katherine's first position at the Forum focused on US-government relations. Previously, Katherine worked at American Express, supporting their philanthropic initiatives, and began her career at Benchmark Capital.
