14 ENDEAVOR IMPACT REPORT 2014–15 Socialmetrix Expands to the U.S. with Miami Office Socialmetrix, founded by Argentine entrepreneurs Gustavo Arjones and Martin Enriquez, expanded its opera- tions to the U.S. with a team in Miami, FL. e social media analytics and moni- toring company, looking to establish a global presence, sought the support of Belatrix, another Endeavor Argentine tech venture with a presence in Miami. Baba Rafi Goes Global Indonesia's Baba Rafi, founded by Hendy Setiono, expanded its kebab- focused fast food brand to ten coun- tries with franchise agreements in markets including Brunei, China, the Netherlands, and Malaysia. e brand now has over 1,200 outlets worldwide. Glowork and OTS Partner on Job Recruitment Service for Women During a network- ing event hosted by Endeavor Saudi Arabia, OTS founder Ahmed Hamdan and Glowork founder Khalid Alkhudair had the opportunity to forge a strategic partnership. OTS, a web and mobile communications solu- tions provider, worked with Glowork, an employment service aimed at women in the Middle East, to build a SMS mes- saging service for women participating in regional career fairs. Yogome and Yale University Explore Educational Gaming Mexico's Yogome, a developer of educational mobile games for children, formed a research and development partnership with the play2Prevent Lab at Yale University. e Lab builds collabo- rations with researchers, educators and game developers to create and rigor- ously test innovative game interventions focused on behavior change and educa- tion. Founded by entrepreneur Manolo Diaz, Yogome's mobile games have been downloaded over ten million times across 150 countries and are played by over half a million children daily. Entrepreneur Hendy Setiono signs a franchise agree- ment to expand to the Netherlands.
