Since its launch in 2011, Mumzworld has developed the largest online inventory available in the region. The website features over 90,000 products at prices 10–15% lower than offline retailers. By offer- ing customers free returns, quick delivery, and a best price guaran- tee, the company maintains a high customer satisfaction rate. Growing up in Kuwait, founder Mona watched both her grandfa- ther and father succeed as entre- preneurs, inspiring her and her four siblings to become entrepreneurs themselves. After having her third child, Mona grew frustrated with the limited availability and high prices of baby and pregnancy prod- ucts in MENA. To address this retail gap, she left her tech job to start Mumzworld. Due to the company's strong growth, it has won exclu- sive partnerships with brands like Pampers, Danone, and Clevamama. In addition, the company has over 90 offline strategic corporate part- ners with institutions like nurseries and hospitals. For Mumzworld's high-impact work, Mona and her team have won several awards including "Small Business of the Year," "Online Retailer of the Year 2013" and "Executive of the Year." entrepreneurs 14 companies 10 flag founded 2013 board members 13 main office Dubai news ENDEAVOR UAE FIRST WOMAN SELECTED IN UAE ENDEAVOR UAE suc- cessfully set up advisory boards of local and regional mentors for all of its selected entrepreneurs.
