4 SPEAKERS & SPONSORS = Endeavor Entrepreneur ALISTAIR BANCE Ernst & Young United Kingdom Alistair is the Global Lead for the EY Vantage Program, which connects EY's future leaders with market leaders of tomorrow to accelerate growth and job creation. Over the course of six weeks, working on a pro bono basis, top-performing managers and senior managers work alongside high-impact entrepreneurs in emerging markets to help these businesses address their biggest obstacles to growth. In addition, Alistair is responsible for the development of a measurement and evaluation framework for EY to assess and report on its overall impact as an organisation. He has over 5 years of client-facing experience in Program Management within the EMEIA Financial Services Performance Improvement service line at Ernst & Young. He holds a degree in economics from the University of Southampton. = Endeavor Investor Network Member CHRIS CAULKIN General Atlantic United Kingdom Chris Caulkin focuses his efforts on opportunities in the Business Services and Internet & Technology sectors across Eastern and Western Europe. He joined General Atlantic in their London office in 2011 and serves on the board of Studio Moderna. Prior to joining General Atlantic, Mr. Caulkin worked for Warburg Pincus in London for four years where he focused on investments in the Media, Business Services and Education spaces. Before Warburg Pincus, Chris was an associate at The Boston Consulting Group in London where he worked on a range of Media, Technology and Financial Services projects. HENRI ASSEILY Leap Ventures Lebanon Henri is a Managing Partner at Leap Ventures, a growth-stage venture capital fund in MENA, with offices in Beirut and Dubai.. He has 20 years of experience as a serial entrepreneur focused on internet-related businesses and has particular expertise in algorithmics and computer science. He is the founder of Bizrate.com / Shopzilla, acting as CTO until its sale in 2005. He was designing flat models before they were called NoSQL, and led the creation of the first product-centric online search engine. Henri holds a BA in Mathematics and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
