Endeavor Miami's selection process is a rigorous
multi-step review process. Candidates with the
most innovative high-growth ventures, and those
with the greatest promise to become future role
models, mentors and investors, are selected as
Endeavor Entrepreneurs.
Select
International business leaders serve as
panelists to interview candidates, deliberate
and select a new class of Endeavor
Entrepreneurs by unanimous vote.
10-15 VentureCorps and local Board Members
interview candidates, deliberate, and select
candidates for an international panel.
Senior-level VentureCorps conduct multiple
interviews with each candidate, probing the
business strategy, innovation, growth potential,
and entrepreneur's personal qualities.
Endeavor staff conducts an one-hour
interview to assess viability as a candidate.
Endeavor staff assess entrepreneur's
application and conducts preliminary
research to determine whether to invite
candidate for an initial interview.
Pro-active research by Endeavor staff.
