Number of hours donated by Endeavor Miami mentors since September 2013. 12 49 781 Endeavor partners locally and internationally with leading firms and top business schools to provide entrepreneurs with low cost or pro-bono support services. Partnership programs offer Endeavor Entrepreneurs hands-on support on a per project basis. Endeavor's value proposition is to help Endeavor Entrepreneurs think bigger, make better and more efficient decisions and multiply their influence. At the core , we rely on world-class targeted mentorship services to help entrepreneurs scale. In addition to providing dedicated mentors, Endeavor supports entrepreneurs with services through partners, access to capital, access to markets and access to talent. Below are examples of some of these wide variety of services. EY Growth Navigator Over the past 3 decades, EY has been working with entrepreneurs, adapting EY's experience, industry capabilities and resources to work for entrepreneurial, fast-growth companies. EY supports Endeavor Entrepreneurs by Harvard Business School & Stanford Graduate School of Business Endeavor partners with Harvard Business School and Stanford University to organize 1 week programs focused on leadership and management training for a select group of High-Impact Endeavor Entrepreneurs. In August 2014, Harvard's "Scaling Entrepreneurial Ventures" Program took an in-depth approach to helping participating entrepreneurs identify opportunities for innovation and growth in their own businesses. Scott Harris (DeliverLean), Roger Duarte & Sam Gorenstein (My Ceviche) attended the Harvard Program, while Anabel Perez (NovoPayment) participated in the Stanford Program. The leadership program at Stanford University drew from the best of Stanford's Graduate School of Business' world-class faculty and network to help Endeavor Entrepreneurs learn how to build leading companies in a competitive global marketplace. Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management We are excited to launch a partnership with Kellogg's executive MBA program in Miami to offer MBA candidates the opportunity to work on projects for Endeavor Entrepreneurs as part of Kellogg's curriculum during a full quarter. 4 companies are currently participating in this pilot: ginnybakes, Kairos, Wyncode & Leapfactor. Bain & Company Externship Bain & Company is one of the world's leading management consulting firms. Bain supports Endeavor Entrepreneurs by providing an externship program that allows high-performing Bain consultants from offices worldwide to work closely with Endeavor Entrepreneurs on a variety of business development and operational projects. Externs represent top business talent trained in strategic, operational, and financial frameworks who can focus on high-priority initiatives without redirecting existing staff. 1 company has worked with an extern: NovoPayment - got a full time Bain & Co extern for 3 months to prepare report on defining sales channels and enabling growth. Partnerships Local Partnerships Global Partnerships providing mentoring, training and sponsorship. The Growth Navigator is a 2 hour workshop with an EY partner in which entrepreneurs assess their companies' current performance along 7 growth drivers and discuss how to strengthen each of those components in their businesses. 5 companies have participated in this program: My Ceviche, DeliverLean, ginnybakes, EveryMundo, and NovoPayment .
