21 In Miami, two years after the launch of Endeavor, exciting signs of the multiplier effect are becoming visible in the city. Endeavor's impact is exemplified by showcasing Endeavor Entrepreneurs as role models who inspire future generations of entrepreneurs to innovate, take risks and "think big" - this is the "multiplier effect." Novopayment CEO, Anabel Perez, serves an inspiring example for entrepreneurs in Miami and in the LATAM region. From sharing her experience as an Endeavor Entrepreneur at a panel at eMerge Americas 2015 to inspiring the next generation of female entrepreneurs in LATAM at Endeavor Uruguay's MAS Mujeres event; Anabel encourages entrepreneurship throughout the hemisphere. As a direct employer of nearly 500 service professionals, empowered through training, knowledge and support, Marcell, the founder & CEO of Encompass Onsite, is investing in the health and welfare of the community. Marcell takes a leadership role in creating a culture of waste reduction and sustainability. Investing Helping others live healthier lives is ginnybakes' DNA. This mentality has extended beyond the tasty baked goods the company sells to how the team contributes to the broader entrepreneurial community. As Endeavor Entrepreneurs, the ginnybakes team has influenced entrepreneurs across the Americas by providing mentoring about market entry strategies to entrepreneurs from Santiago to Detroit.
