Welcome As Endeavor Miami celebrates its second year of supporting high-impact entrepreneurship in South Florida, we are proud to represent this global organization with offices in 25 countries and 50+ cities. The core of what unites South Florida's high-impact entrepreneurs with their counterparts in cities as diverse as Buenos Aires, Manila, and Athens is a shared ambition of challenging the status quo, of taking risks and of dreaming BIG. Over the past two years, Endeavor Miami has screened 200+ companies with the goal of finding and supporting individuals with the greatest potential to have a sizable impact on the local economy and to serve as role models for the next generation of entrepreneurs. We have found that these entrepreneurs come in all shapes and sizes: there is no common gender, ethnicity, age or industry. What unites these individuals is an audacious and unrelenting desire to achieve the BIG dreams that so many people tell them cannot be achieved. This year, Endeavor Miami Entrepreneurs will generate more than U.S. $60M in revenue and over 1,200 jobs and this is just the beginning! We are at a pivotal moment as we begin to define what our city and region will represent for decades to come. As the entrepreneurial ecosystem continues to grow in South Florida, we will continue to support these ambitious dreamers who are creating a new identity for our ecosystem. With over 40 dedicated business leaders in South Florida who have provided 750+ hours of mentorship and world- class partners like Bain & Company, eMerge Americas, EY, Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management and the John S. and James L. Knight Foundation, among many others, we believe that together we can change the landscape of business and entrepreneurship. We thank you for supporting Endeavor and our entrepreneurs as we dream BIG. Adriana Cisneros Co-Chairman Daniel Echavarria Co-Chairman Laura Maydón Managing Director
