15 Ivan Feito Hernán Fernández Angel Ventures Mexico Axon Partners Group Colombia / Spain Iván, currently an investment manager, has been with Axon for almost four years and is currently responsible for deal generation and screening, portfolio management, and exit strategies for Axon´s Latin American funds, focused primarily on Mexico. Ivan has led the development of numerous different markets for Axon Investment, including Spain, Colombia, and Mexico. Before Axon, he worked in the market planning department of Procter & Gamble, and in Germany for FMI Systems, a company specialized in consulting services and retro-fitting for the automotive industry. Iván holds a Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from the Universidad Pontifica de Comillas- ICAI.t Hernán is one of the founding partners of Angel Ventures Mexico, the leading angel investment network in Mexico. In 2014, Angel Ventures also launched Angel Ventures Peru and current expansion plans include Angel Ventures Colombia. Over the past six years, Angel Ventures has received more than 3000 investment proposals, of which 17 have achieved an investments totaling USD $12M. AVM's main objective is to provide smart capital, adding value to every investment made by promoting its development through continuous monitoring, connecting entrepreneurs to a network of investors, and providing a range of services to entrepreneurs including mentorship. Current portfolio companies include ClickOnero, Kueski, and PayClip. Hernán holds a BA in Law from ITAM and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management. He worked for Booz & Co. and PWC prior to founding Angel Ventures Mexico. Jorge Fernández Jorge is a senior advisor at the CyC Fund, a seed stage fund in Mexico, where he is in charge of evaluating projects. He previously worked at DuPont Mexico for one year as an intern. Additionally, he was a sales representative for Morena Grosso, a start-up specializing in custom-made suits. Jorge is currently finishing a degree in chemical engineering from the Iberoamericana University. Fondo CyC Mexico
