23 Eric Perez-Grovas Jaguar Ventures Mexico Eric Pérez-Grovas is General Partner of Jaguar Ventures, a VC Fund focused on internet companies in LatAm. He is also President of the Mexican Association of Online Sales (AMVO). Eric is currently an advisor or investor in BlueMessaging, Conekta, ElDeforma, Gaudena, Kinedu, Konfio, PontaMedia, Viajamex, Yogome, and Zolvers. Recently, he was recognized by Endeavor as one of the top influencers in the Mexican tech ecosystem. Eric's internet experience began in 1999 when he opened Mercadolibre's Mexican operations. He has also worked at McKinsey, Bain, Cemex, and Satmex. He actively participates in non-profits, serving as a board member of the CMR Foundation and as a Young Leader for Sustainable Cities. Eric graduated with honors as an Industrial Engineer from Tec de Monterrey. He also received an MBA from Stanford, where he was elected co-president of the GSB Latin American Student Association. Rogelio Prieto Rogelio Prieto leads private equity investments for Arzentia Capital in Monterrey. Rogelio has extensive experience in management consulting, having spent time working for Booz & Company. He has years of experience working with consumer, retail companies across Mexico and Northern Latin America, focused mostly on growth and commercial strategy. Recent experience includes projects with utilities and natural gas trading firms. Rogelio has an MBA from London Business School and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from ITESM Campus Monterrey. Arzentia Capital Mexico Marco Rivera FIS - Nacional Monte de Piedad Mexico Marco works at the social investment fund of Monte de Piedad, a USD $100M fund focused on investment in companies that generate social impact. Prior to Monte de Piedad, he worked at Nacional Financiera, where he was responsible for investing in start-ups and seed capital funds. Previously, he worked in the area of investors relations at the GEO Corporation and the Inter-American Corporation of Entertainment. Marco received a degree in industrial engineering from the Iberoamericana University in Mexico City. He also completed a program in Senior Management in Private Capital from IPADE. Marco has participated actively as a member of various boards of directors and served on the investment committee of various private equity funds. T
