24 Roberto Rodriguez General Atlantic Mexico Roberto Rodriguez joined General Atlantic's Mexico City office in 2015. Prior to joining GA, Roberto was an investment banking associate at Goldman Sachs Investment Banking Division in the Mexico City office. Roberto earned a B.A. in Finance from Instituto Tencologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey. Alexander Rossi Alexander Rossi is Co-founder and Managing Partner of Latin Idea Ventures, now LIV Capital. Alexander sits on the boards of various Mexican companies; is a board member and president of the VC Committee of the Asociación Mexicana de Capital Privado; and is member of the LAVCA VC Council and EMPEA Latin American Council. Alexander has over 24 years of private equity and investment banking experience in the US and Latin America, where he has successfully completed over 50 transactions with an aggregate value in excess of US$3.5 billion. Alexander was previously Managing Director and Head of Latin America for Communications Equity Associates, LLC., a merchant and investment bank specializing in the media, communications, and technology sectors. His previously worked with other investment banks including Bancomer Securities International, the Latin American Group at Smith Barney, Inc., and Prefinex S.A. LIV Capital Mexico Pablo Salazar Rojo Nxtp Labs Mexico Pablo is a managing partner at Nxtp Labs, the most active acceleration and early stage fund in Latin America, focusing on high-potential technology-based ventures. Previously, Pablo co-founded Naranya Ventures, for which he was named an Endeavor Entrepreneur in 2011, and served as principal at IGNIA Partners, the world´s biggest impact investment fund. Before, he held different positions in companies like McKinsey and Company, British American Tobacco, and Cemex. Pablo has been an entrepreneur at Latinstocks Mexico, Fresh House Deli, and Prepworks. He is a board member at Fagro, Ver de Verdad, Provive, and Doc Solutions; and an active member at Endeavor. He holds an MBA from London Business School, and a BA and master´s degree from the Tecnológico de Monterrey. Pablo has studied innovation and entrepreneurship at MIT and Harvard Business School.
