45 Gonzalo Abascal Alejandro Servin Punto a Punto Mexico Linko Mexico Gonzalo is an entrepreneur focused on humanizing banking and retail through technology and innovation. He believes that organizations will be more successful if they focus on serving each customer as if he/she were the most important person in the world, and that technology and innovation can help in this endeavor. He founded Linko, an IT consultancy and software developer that improves customer experiences at financial institutions. It customizes an array of TIBCO and Pitney Bowes software that allows financial institutions to analyze customer transactions, communicate with customers effectively, and manage their customer service efficiently. He has been an entrepreneur since 2002, and often shares his experiences to other entrepreneurs across a wide range of organizations through mentoring and peer meetings. Alejandro is the founder and CEO of Punto a Punto, a three year-old startup specialized in same day and on-demand delivery for local businesses, such as restaurants, e-commerce websites, grocery stores, and offices. Punto a Punto's reliable personnel, high-quality service, and integrated technological platform simplify delivery and logistics services for businesses (B2B) and individuals (B2C) in Mexico City. Breaking even within one year of operations, Alejandro transformed an industry wrought with theft and unreliability into an efficient and dependable one. Prior to Punto a Punto, Alejandro co-founded a startup that held a nationwide restaurant franchise and worked for two major law firms in corporate law, M&A, and private equity. He holds an MBA from the Tecnológico de Monterrey and a law degree from ITAM. Andrés Sucre Andrés Sucre is Founder and CEO of Reserbus, the leading bus ticketing platform in Mexico. Purchasing bus tickets in Mexico is a time consuming and tedious process, often resulting in wasted time for customers, and loss of brand visibility for the bus companies. Reserbus solves these problems by connecting bus operators with customers through an integrated online booking platform. Reserbus' platform allows passengers to compare ticket prices, schedules, and services for many routes and destinations. Furthermore, twice a year Reserbus provides bus operators with free reports on operators' specific customer data as well as industry wide information to help improve operator's efficiency and resource allocation. Before founding Reserbus, Andrés spent four years at Deutsche Bank in New York, focusing on portfolio management for their Latin American private wealth management division. He studied management engineering at Worcester Polytechnic University and completed an MBA at MIT's Sloan School of Management. Reserbus Mexico
