The company hopes to develop a collaborative intelligence platform for the world's most pressing social issues. OPI's signature product is Arquimedes, a cloud-based platform that analyzes the relationship between thousands of variables. Clients can access the information from OPI's database, which warehouses all of the non-classified data that previous clients have uploaded. Alberto has a background in financial institutions and studied economics and political science at Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México. Oswaldo is the Founder of Instafit, a leading online fitness and nutritional coaching platform that is changing lives throughout Latin America. The company offers personalized, interactive, and easy-to-follow online exercise and nutrition programs complemented with one-on-one virtual coaching sessions and support groups. With over 5,000 users across 10 countries, Instafit has gained a loyal consumer following that has evolved into an active health and fitness community. Instafit has raised US$600k in seed funding and has received grants from the Mexican, Colombian, and Chilean governments. Oswaldo is an industrial engineer and holds an MBA from Stanford University. Álvaro Velasco Alvaro Velasco is Co-founder and Marketing Director at SkyAlert, an app that serves as Mexico's Early Earthquake Warning System. SkyAlert is the only company in the world that's able to detect, measure and transmit earthquake alerts to several platforms. SkyAlert's app has had an 8%-12% conversion rate with over 60K paying subscribers in less than 5 months, ma- king it the most successful Mexican app ever. SkyAlert is looking for investors to help further hone its technology and is currently raising capital to expand into the US market. SkyAlert will launch America's first Early Earthquake Warning System in California by July 2016. SkyAlert has received awards from MIT and Microsoft.
