To reach Endeavor's goal of long-term sustainability, the organization created
Endeavor Catalyst, Inc., a 501(c)(3) charitable organization ("Endeavor Catalyst"), an
innovative co-investment vehicle that invests alongside qualified, lead investors in
Endeavor Entrepreneurs through a rules-based process.

in an individual Endeavor Entrepreneur Company,
while simultaneously driving Endeavor Global's
sustainability efforts.
