Vivian then went onto become Chairman of A&N International Media, building a collection of digital businesses in nine countries in Central and Eastern Europe, concluding with a successful exit in 2012 when the Group decided to re focus on core markets. In 2011, he became Deputy Chairman of DMGT International, looking for digital businesses that will complement existing DMGT businesses world wide with a particular focus in Latin America. Vivian is also Founder and President of Seagrass Capital Partners, who are investing in angel and early stage digital start up businesses in Latin America. Ruzgar Barisik is a Senior Investment Officer at the International Finance Corporation. He covers IFC's venture investments in Europe, Middle East & North Africa. Prior to the IFC, Ruzgar was a private equity investor with a focus on growth equity and venture transactions. His investments have covered early-stage to publicly traded industrial, technology and media companies. Most recently, Ruzgar was a Partner at GTI Group, a New York based private investment firm. At GTI, he was responsible for the firm's first growth equity and buyout transactions, where he led various investments and realizations in the US and India. Earlier in his career, Ruzgar was Director of Corporate Development at KCI, a diversified holding company. Roni Elchahal is based in General Atlantic's London office and leads the firm's capital partnering effort in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Roni joined General Atlantic in 2007, focusing on investments in the Internet & Technology sector. He has previously worked at CI Capital Partners, where he helped source and execute middle market investments across sectors, and at the Boston Consulting Group, where he worked on strategic and operational projects in a variety of industries. He also earned a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School and a B.A. in History from the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated summa cum laude and was a Joseph Wharton Scholar.
