BARBAROS ÖZBUGUTU Co-Founder & CEO, Iyzico HOR ACIO LARRETA Mayor, Buenos Aires Barbaros has more than 15 years of experience in the global payments and telecom segments. At the end of 2012, he co-founded his own payments company in Istanbul, Iyzico, and serves as the CEO. Iyzico is one of the fastest growing start-ups in Turkey. It is transforming the payment processing experience for businesses through its bank- integrated, fraud-protected payments platform tailored to the nuances of the Turkish market. Since December 2015, Horacio Larreta has been the Mayor of the City of Buenos Aires. Prior to being elected, he was Chief of the Cabinet of Ministers of Buenos Aires. Horacio began participating actively in politics in 2002 with Mauricio Macri, with whom he founded the PRO in 2005. Horacio began his professional career in the private sector working as a Financial Operations Analyst at ESSO. He launched a prolific career in the public sector in 1993, joining the investment team of the Undersecretary of the Argentine Ministry of Economy. In 1995 he was appointed General Manager of the ANSES (National Administration of Social Security). Later, he was named Undersecretary of Social Policies of the Social Development Secretary. In the year 2000, he was appointed to the Internal Revenue Service of PAMI. After that, he was Financial Controller at the Institute for Social Security of the Province of Buenos Aires and General Director of the General Tax Office.
