6 INVESTORS = Endeavor Investor Network Member DMITRY ALIMOV Frontier Ventures United States Internet investor and entrepreneur, Dmitry has 15 years of experience in private equity and venture capital investment in Internet and media. Between 2007 and 2010, he worked as the Managing Partner of a leading venture fund ru-Net Ltd known for its investments in yandex.ru and ozon.ru. In 2009, Dmitry co-founded ivi.ru Media Ltd (owner and operator of www.ivi.ru), which became the leader in the Russian online video market. Dmitry received his MBA from Harvard Business School in 2004, and graduated with honors (summa cum laude) from the University of Missouri at St. Louis (USA) with a major in Business Administration (Finance) in 1998. FRANCISCO ALVAREZ-DEMALDE Riverwood Capital United States Francisco is a founding Partner of Riverwood Capital Partners, and heads Riverwood's efforts in Latin America and New York. Riverwood manages more than $2 billion and makes private equity investments in high-growth businesses, primarily in the global technology, technology- enabled and related growth industries. Before establishing Riverwood, Francisco was an investment professional at Eton Park Capital Management, where he focused on a variety of private equity investments in Latin America. He has also worked at KKR, where he focused on leveraged buyouts in the technology industry and other sectors in both North America and emerging markets, and at Goldman, Sachs & Co. Francisco is on the board of Globant, LAVCA, Mandic, Navent, Netshoes, GoIntegro, and VTEX. ANA-CECILIA ALVAREZ Propel Venture Partners United States As an Investment Professional at Propel, Ana-Cecilia brings a diverse background to venture capital. She began her career working in the nonprofit sector at the United Nations Foundation where she managed a $1 billion endowment donation. She later joined the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), as a Financial Analyst, where she analyzed previously unregulated financial markets, such as peer-to-peer lending. After the CFPB, Ana-Cecilia was awarded a Fulbright Scholarship and spent a year in Mexico City working at Angel Ventures Mexico, an early-stage venture capital firm, where she helped manage the fund's incubator projects and internal operations.
