9 PABLO COLLADO CASARES Aetus Capital Mexico ANTOINE COLACO Valor Capital Group United States Pablo leads investments at Aetus Capital, a VC firm based in Mexico. Previously, he worked for a microfinance institution in Mexico focusing on women in rural areas. Additional past roles include Executive Vice President of Grupo Zeta and Vice President of Finance for Grupo Elektra, a Mexican financial and retail corporation. Pablo holds a bachelors in Business Administration from the Panamerican University in Mexico City, and a Masters in Global Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. Mr. Colaço is a partner with Valor Capital Group. Prior to joining Valor, Mr. Colaço was at Google for 9 years serving in a wide range of capacities. He was most recently COO of Global Partnerships, supporting all of Google's partnerships. Previously, he established Google's India presence by founding operations in Hyderabad and grew its Latin American presence by launching offices and online AdWords operations in Brazil, Mexico, and Argentina. More recently, he headed the Reseller Channel for Asia-Pacific and LATAM and was the COO for the APAC and LATAM regions. Prior to joining Google, Mr. Colaço was in Business Development for Yahoo! Finance. Antoine also held roles at Goldman Sachs, Development Bank of Singapore, and CSC Healthcare. NEAL CRAVENS Bronfman Investment Group United States RAFAEL DE HARO VARIV Capital Mexico Neal Cravens has 40 years of experience serving in executive positions in finance, planning and M&A for public and private companies. He is the former CFO of Cott Corporation, Universal Music Group as well as Tropicana and has held various senior roles at Seagram and Warner Music Group. Neal is an Independent Director of Amira Nature Foods. Rafael is Managing Partner at VARIV Capital, a venture capital fund focused on early-stage technology opportunities. He is also a co-founder of Lifedots, a New York based mobile software company. Before VARIV and Lifedots, Rafael was an investment-banking associate in the M&A Group at JPMorgan in their London office and an associate attorney at the New York law firm of Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP. Rafael studied law at the Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City, specialized in international law at the Université Panthéon- Assas in Paris, and has an MBA from NYU's Stern School of Business in New York.
