3 WELCOME to our first Endeavor Catalyst Annual Report! We are thrilled to share this report with each of you to mark the end of our fourth year co-investing alongside lead investors in Endeavor Entrepreneurs. We began investing as "Endeavor Catalyst Philanthropy" in Q1 2012 with donated capital and, thanks to all of you, added "Endeavor Catalyst I LP" in Q3 2013 with invested capital. We refer to these two pools of capital collectively as "Fund I" with $35mm in assets. While still early in the Fund's lifecycle, we are seeing proof that our rules-based co-investment model works: We have invested $17mm to date across 30 companies in 13 countries. Two of our initial six "Endeavor Catalyst Philanthropy" investments, Globant and Yemeksepeti, have resulted in exits, yielding 2.7x and 5.0x returns, respectively. Two other companies, Onapsis and Restorando, have priced follow-on rounds, and a handful of companies are in the process of raising follow-on rounds. You can find full investment details on pages 10–21. Beyond these promising early financial results, we are incredibly proud of the 30 investments we've made to date and all that our Endeavor Entrepreneurs have accomplished. Together, the 30 compa- nies we have co-invested in have provided 10,000 jobs and generated nearly $1 bil- lion in revenues. As role models, mentors, and investors, the founders behind these ventures have had a tremendous multi- plier effect on their respective entrepre- neurial ecosystems. In the pages ahead, we showcase the commitment of our entrepreneurs to providing high-quality jobs. We highlight how our entrepre- neurs measure their success–not only in terms of dollars and cents to their bottom line, but also in terms of the hours spent mentoring others. We have chosen to share the stories of five of our investees in this report: Yemeksepeti, ToLife, Ruma, Lidyana, and Globant. We are honored to be a part of each and every one of our investees' stories and look forward to being a part of many more. Endeavor Catalyst would not be the reality it is today without the investors and donors who believed in it from the beginning. You've supported the success of these inspiring entrepreneurs and have put Endeavor on the path towards finan- cial self-sustainability. Endeavor Catalyst has made Endeavor an organization truly of, by, and for entrepreneurs and we can- not wait to see what the future will hold. Please enjoy our 2015-2016 Endeavor Catalyst Annual Report. Onward and Upward!
